We also rear bronze Turkeys just for the festive season. They are reared from day olds and once old enough they live outdoors and enjoy the freedom to express natural behaviour. They are a more mature bird as they are reared for longer than a commercial turkey. Each turkey is hung for two weeks to enhance the flavour and produce a Christmas dinner to remember.
